Webkinz Problems

Children can play with virtual versions of their Webkinz stuffed animals in the Webkinz online world. The site is easy to use, but users may encounter an occasional problem.

Codes

Each pet has a unique code. This must be entered identically to the tag in order to register the pet. If you purchase a code or pet secondhand, the code may already have been used. Contact customer support if the code is new and still can't be entered.

Login Issues

Ensure your username and password have been entered correctly. Note that the Webkinz site can't be accessed after 2 a.m. Eastern time.

Requirements

The Webkinz site requires Windows 2000 or higher, or Mac OS X 10.3 or higher. High-speed Internet and 512 MB of RAM are recommended.

Missing Items

If items are missing from your dock, maximize the dock to ensure you're viewing all items. Be sure you pressed "Buy" in the checkout. If items still are missing, change your password and contact customer support to let them know someone else has been accessing your account.

Connection Problems

A slow Internet connection can result in login and site-loading problems. Some games may not run correctly. Refresh the page, especially when logging in, if a blank screen appears or the site freezes.
