Care For Your Pet On Ds Game Imagine Vet

"

Imagine: Animal Doctor" is an interactive, career oriented video game for the Nintendo DS hand-held console. A player assumes the role of a veterinarian by treating various types of animals, including dogs, cats and horses. The further you advance in the game by treating pets, the the more you will be able to expand your veterinary hospital. Caring for the animals in the game is a fairly simple task that requires players to use the stylus pen on the Nintendo DS touch screen to treat animals according to what the game tell you to do: For example, if an animal needs an X-ray, you will be brought to the X-ray machine and will have to touch the machine to get the X-ray of the pet.

Instructions

1. Start by checking in the animals for their veterinarian visit. After starting the game as a veterinarian named Sally, press the "A" button on your Nintendo DS to start receiving pets for consultations. Read through the stories provided by the owners before examining the pets.

2. Click on the stethoscope using your stylus pen, as directed. The stethoscope will be glowing as you move over it. You must then guide the stethoscope over the pet's skin using the stylus pen in order to continue with the examinations.

3. Blow into the mic of the Nintendo DS, as directed, in order to look through the pet's hair for any fleas. Once you find a flea on the pet, you must tap on them quickly with your stylus pen to get rid of them.

4. Follow all further instructions as provided by the game at the top of the screen to further examine and treat the pet. Each pet will require different types of treatments and examinations. For example, for a dog you will have to use your stylus pen to guide an endoscope through the inside of the pet's esophagus (See References).

5. Care and treat the virtual animal to bring them back to perfect health by following the tasks presented on the top screen. For example, you will have to make sure to click on each pet's food and water bowls to keep them full, click on the shots to administer the medication and play with the pet by throwing a ball and petting them with your stylus pen.

6. Continue petting and playing with the pet until the health meter bar at the top of the screen becomes full. Sometimes you may not be able to bring the pet back to full health if you don't pass the mini games involved with the pet's examination.
